About

My name is Shane Clements, and I’m really glad you stopped by.

I can help you Take Control of your life, Get a clear direction, Begin to live life the way you want it by learning to reprogram your subconscious mind through visualization and start living above mediocrity.

A little about me: I am an educator, a writer, and a speaker. I hold certifications as a Professional Executive Life Coach and a clinical hypnotherapist. I have a working background in transformational leadership, problem-solving, emotional and social intelligence, mindfulness-based stress management, NLP, coaching, clinical hypnosis, and hold degrees in leadership and theology.

I teach others how to re-program their subconscious mind with the power of visualization to help them reach their goals, manage their stress/anxiety, control their pain naturally, unlearn bad habits, and improve their overall well being.

I have been working with others, helping them to transform their lives and realize their potential, for over 30 years. I work with my clients focusing on the eight major life areas: work, family, spirituality, finances, environment, health and recreation, personal growth, and community. I teach them how to unlearn old habituated patterns that they have developed over time and that they feel are holding them back and how to create new patterns and strategies that will help them realize their goals more quickly and efficiently.

Thanks again for stopping by. I look forward to the possibility of working with you to help you achieve your goals and start Living Above Mediocrity.
